Thank you for a good stay. Well-designed hotel, breakfast is splendid and the rooms are exquisite, strategic location near by shopping mall. The staff are helpful and caring, they keep the place overall clean. There's amazing cigar bar with complimentary beverages.

The hotel was GORGEOUS, location was marvellous in the centre of the city, generous breakfast. The room was sparkly clean and huge and had luxurious decor. Climate control, a chair, and closet space were there too. The property was in the heart of the city. Easily reached Zen by Secret Recipe, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. Appreciated our stay and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a train station and a shopping and dining area. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated with comfortable beds and large bathrooms equipped with bathtubs and separate shower areas. The service is friendly and attentive, with the signature butler service available to assist guests. The gym is well-equipped and the pool area provides exclusive privacy for guests to enjoy.

Some aspects of the hotel's amenities and services could be improved to provide a more satisfactory experience for guests.

Fantastic base for 1 night in Kuala Lumpur, nicely designed hotel. Very professional staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Comfortable room with working desk and an amazing view and an extra bed. Generous and marvellous breakfast with plenty of good foods.

The proximity to the central station allows for easy access to other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with two comfortable queen beds and expansive views of the KL skyline. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a good selection of food and fresh coffee to start your day.

We had a great weekend at this hotel. the breakfast was wonderful with two complementary drinks per person. the location was perfect, as we were just a short walk away from the train station. the pool area was also a highlight for us, it was clean and surrounded by a nice terrace.

The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. the room was a bit outdated and could have used some modern upgrades.

Our stay was nothing short of luxurious. We loved the beautiful interior, exceptional staff - who were accommodating and friendly, and the convenient location near the KL Sentral station. The Brasserie, the hotel's fine dining restaurant, served delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. We were able to easily walk to some major attractions, and the hotel was located by a main highway - making transportation hassle-free.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were high quality. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

The check-in process took too long and the staff were not helpful with bonus points. The bar was very smoky and not inclusive for nonsmokers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in KL City Center near the central station. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for such a central location. The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with 2 Queen Beds and all basic amenities provided. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including some great coffee.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, we were treated with royalty. The Spa & wellness centre offered a full-body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. The sauna and steam room were perfect for relaxation, while the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was an excellent place to soak up the sun while enjoying the picturesque view.

We faced one minor issue during our stay. The restaurant was not up to our expectations, and the food was overpriced.
